1. Visa Services
Non-Refundable Fees
- Government visa fees paid to embassies are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Visa processing service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted
- In case of visa rejection, government fees cannot be refunded
Refundable Cases
- ✅ If we have not yet submitted your visa application, a full refund will be issued
- ✅ If we made an error in your application, a full refund or reprocessing will be offered
- ✅ If service was cancelled by E-Visa Solutions, a full refund will be issued
2. Flight Tickets
- Flight ticket refunds are subject to the airline’s refund policy
- Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded
- Refundable tickets will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Our service fee for ticket booking is non-refundable

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your booking:
Please include the following in your refund request:
- Full name
- Booking reference number
- Reason for refund
- Bank account details for refund transfer
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 business days
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- ❌ Government visa fees
- ❌ Embassy appointment fees
- ❌ Document translation fees
- ❌ Non-refundable airline tickets
- ❌ Hotel bookings marked as non-refundable
